We are seeking a highly skilled Child and Adolescent Therapist to join our collaborative team. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with colleagues from diverse backgrounds to deliver high-quality therapy services to children and adolescents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive therapy sessions to children and adolescents, incorporating evidence-based practices and individualized approaches.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop effective case plans and ensure seamless care coordination.
- Conduct thorough assessments, including autism and ADHD evaluations, to inform treatment strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, adhering to professional standards and best practices.
- Engage clients, families, and colleagues in a compassionate and empathetic manner, fostering strong relationships and trust.
Requirements:
- Registration as a Psychologist (AHPRA)
- Proven experience working with children, adolescents, and parents/carers in a therapeutic setting.
- Demonstrated expertise in assessment and therapy, with a focus on evidence-based practices.
- Able to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, embracing diversity and promoting inclusivity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients, families, and colleagues effectively.
