As a Performance Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality insights and analytics services across our Asset Management businesses.

You will work closely with investment teams to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth. Your analysis will help inform investment decisions and drive business outcomes.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. You will need to build relationships with stakeholders, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

We are looking for an experienced analyst with a passion for data-driven decision-making. You should have a solid understanding of financial markets, instruments, and performance metrics. Experience with tools like Excel, PowerBI, and FactSet is highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily, monthly, and ad-hoc performance and attribution measurement
  • Reconciliation of attribution to portfolio performance
  • Resolving issues with security analytics and attribution results
  • Building dashboards and reporting formats
  • Working with other departments to source information

This is a key position within our Investment Analytics & Risk team. You will be working closely with investment managers, risk analysts, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality insights and support informed decision-making.
