Purchasing Officer Role

As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing purchase orders, ensuring timely and accurate execution. This includes coordinating with suppliers, onboarding new vendors, and providing training to ensure seamless integration.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, enabling them to identify and resolve purchasing and inventory-related issues efficiently. Strong communication skills, particularly in English, are also essential for effective collaboration within the team.

We seek a highly organized individual with a deep understanding of purchasing principles and processes. Experience with MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage purchase orders from initiation to completion.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Onboard new suppliers and provide necessary training.
  • Analyze and resolve purchasing and inventory-related problems.
