Job Overview

This role presents an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled individual to ensure the accuracy, consistency and reliability of data in our case management system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain guidance materials to support consistent record-keeping.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations on data quality issues, support the resolution of problems, and conduct quality assurance reviews to identify inconsistencies and errors.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to help teams understand data requirements and improve data capture practices.
  • Collaborate with reporting analysts to ensure CRM data is fit-for-purpose for internal and external reporting.
Requirements
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in business, information management, data analytics or a related field.
  • Experience in conducting data quality reviews, providing guidance on record-keeping practices and using Microsoft CRM and tools such as Excel, Power BI and SQL.
  • Ability to develop and deliver training and support materials to business users.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve data quality issues.
  • Experience in collaborating with stakeholders to improve data capture and reporting processes, as well as managing tasks within tight timeframes and being accountable for outcomes.
