Job Description:

 

HR Systems Administrator

We are seeking an experienced HR Systems Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving our HR systems, ensuring data quality and integrity.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HRIS and enterprise software project management, with experience working with SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules. They will also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

The role involves providing system management support to ongoing or annual programs, including compensation, performance management, and employee development. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for managing workflow, including notifications and dynamic roles/groups, as well as utilizing the ECSC ticketing system to manage and resolve support tickets.

The successful candidate will work closely with HR business owners to ensure seamless execution of HR processes and procedures. They will also be responsible for assessing and improving overall HR workflow through system and procedural changes, and implementing new technologies and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
