Job Title: Data Quality Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled data quality analyst to join our team. As a data quality analyst, you will be responsible for evaluating and improving the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data in our case management system.

Your key responsibilities will include developing and maintaining guidance materials, providing feedback and recommendations to business areas on data quality issues, and supporting the resolution of problems and conducting quality assurance reviews of data in our case management system.

About You:

To thrive in this role, you will need a relevant tertiary qualification in business, information management, data analytics, or a related field.

Your experience in conducting data quality reviews, providing guidance on record-keeping practices and using Microsoft CRM and tools such as Excel, Power BI, and SQL will be essential.

  • Collaboration Skills: You have experience collaborating with business stakeholders to improve data capture and reporting processes.
