The Role
  • We are seeking a Strategic Business Development Lead to join our team.
  • The annual business plan and regular reforecasting processes will be key responsibilities of the role.
  • Capital management and providing guidance to internal stakeholders will also be critical components of this position.
  • Leadership of the site Business Improvement function including investment analysis will be another key area of focus.
  • Business risk management based on value enhancement and insurance management and co-ordination of renewals will also be important responsibilities.

In this role, you will provide Bengalla Mine management with analysis of strategic business options and reasoned recommendations for business enhancement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial strategies that drive growth and profitability.
  • Provide financial guidance to internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Lead the Business Improvement function to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Manage business risks and opportunities to maximize value creation.
  • Coordinate insurance renewal processes to ensure continuity and stability.
