Als Area Manager bei Amazon sind Sie verantwortlich für die Leitung einer unserer Hauptabteilungen in einem Logistikzentrum. Ihre Aufgabe ist es, die operativen Prozesse zu steuern, zu überwachen und zu kontrollieren, sowie die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung von 80 bis 120 Mitarbeitern zu übernehmen.
Hauptherausforderungen- **Sicherheitskultur schaffen und fördern**: Sie sind verantwortlich für die Schaffung und Förderung einer Kultur der Sicherheit und des Wohlbefindens in Ihrem Team.
- **Prozessverbesserungen durchführen**: Sie analysieren und umsetzen Änderungen, um fortlaufend hohe Qualität und Produktivität zu gewährleisten.
- **Projekte zur Verschlankung von Prozessen**: Sie beaufsichtigen Projekte zur Verschlankung von Prozessen, Optimierung der Produktivität und Verbesserung der Servicequalität für Kunden in Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich.
- **Analyse von Schichten**: Sie analysieren die Schichten laut Unternehmensvorgaben und umsetzen Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung unserer Operational Excellence.
- **Zusammenarbeit mit Führungskräften**: Sie arbeiten mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen auf Führungsebene zusammen, um Schichtverfahren zu vereinheitlichen.
Als Area Manager arbeiten Sie im Schichtbetrieb an einem unserer Standorte und sind verantwortlich für die Leitung und Förderung einer Sicherheitskultur sowie die Aufrechterhaltung der Qualität und der Leistungsstandards der Arbeitsschichten. Sie beaufsichtigen außerdem die Prozessverbesserungen in Ihrem Bereich und organisieren die Umsetzung.
Mindestanforderungen- **Studienabschluss**: Sie haben einen Studienabschluss.
- **Führungserfahrung**: Sie haben Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams.
- **Kommunikationsfähigkeit**: Sie haben die Fähigkeit, mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern, einschließlich Kolleginnen und Kollegen und Führungskräften, zu kommunizieren.
- **Datenanalyse**: Sie haben Erfahrung in der Verwendung von Daten oder anekdotischer Evidenz zur Begründung von geschäftlichen Entscheidungen.
- **Sprachkenntnisse**: Sie haben fortgeschrittene Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- **Lean-, Six-Sigma- und Kaizen-Methoden**: Sie haben Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Lean-, Six-Sigma- und Kaizen-Methoden.
- **Logistikumfeld**: Sie haben Erfahrung in der Arbeit in einem anderen Logistikumfeld.
