  • Support payroll operations with framework design, automation opportunities, and compliance assurance.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, user guides, and training materials.
  • Lead system release planning with thorough testing and stakeholder communication.
  • Anticipate system needs before they become issues, maintaining a service-first approach.
  • Enable smooth day-to-day HRIS operations across the organisation.
  • Provide technical guidance that empowers users at all levels.
  • Champion continuous improvement and efficiency gains.

  • Deep HRIS mastery: Extensive hands-on experience with platform configuration, administration, and troubleshooting.
