Job Title: Senior Brand Lead

We're seeking a talented Senior Brand Lead with a passion for design innovation to drive our brand strategy.

About the Role

You'll shape and elevate brands for ambitious organisations, creating work that is aesthetically current and built to last. From brand identity and campaigns to digital content, you'll bring creative leadership and design excellence to every project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead design projects from concept to delivery - focusing on brand creation and campaign development.
  • Create and evolve brand identities, style guides, campaign assets, websites, publications, signage and more.
  • Bring high levels of craft and creativity to every brand project - building timeless visual identities while staying across emerging design trends.
  • Work closely with account managers and strategists to unpack client briefs and deliver smart, effective creative solutions.
  • Present your ideas to clients with clarity and confidence.
  • Mentor and support designers in the team, elevating the creative bar for everyone.
  • Ensure projects move on time and on budget, without compromising craft or creativity.
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Design experience in an agency, studio or similar environment.
  • A portfolio showcasing your ability to shape and elevate brands - with work demonstrating conceptual thinking, design craft and versatility across mediums.
  • A strong brand mindset - you're passionate about brand design, fluent in current and emerging design trends, and understand what makes an identity truly timeless.
  • Advanced skills in typography and/or illustration that add depth and character to your work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; experience with Figma or motion tools is a plus.
  • Strong organisational skills - managing design systems (file management / proofs / version control).
  • Excellent communication skills - able to collaborate, present and build great relationships with team and clients.
  • A proactive, curious and positive approach - thriving in a fast-paced creative environment.
