Lead Brand Designer Position

We are seeking a talented Senior Brand Designer to join our team.
As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for leading brand projects from concept to delivery. This includes creating and evolving brand identities, style guides, campaign assets, websites, publications, signage, and more.
Key Responsibilities- Liaise with account managers and strategists to understand client briefs and deliver smart, effective creative solutions.
- Develop and present ideas to clients with clarity and confidence.
- Mentor and support junior designers in the studio, driving creativity and excellence across all projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution, on time and on budget.
- Proven experience in a design agency or similar creative environment.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to shape and elevate brands, with work that demonstrates conceptual thinking, design craft, and versatility across mediums.
- Advanced skills in typography, illustration, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build great team and client relationships.
- Work with a diverse range of clients across various industries.
