Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Marketing and Brand Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing function, you will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies across all business units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across all business units
  • Lead content creation: articles, videos, social media, email newsletters, event collateral
  • Tailor messaging for corporate, SME, aged care, aviation, and financial services audiences
  • Ensure internal brand consistency while adapting messaging for varied audiences
  • Manage CMS (Apache preferred) and oversee SEO strategy to grow digital reach
  • Coordinate external agencies and contractors (social, design, digital)
  • Deliver executive-level reporting and insights to inform leadership decisions

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in marketing, ideally in financial services or insurance
  • Marketing experience across any industry will be considered for this position
  • Experience managing multi-entity or parent-company marketing strategies
  • Solid understanding of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) - able to make small changes if needed
  • Proven ability to manage third-party marketing and digital providers
  • Experience with CMS platforms (Apache ideal; WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal relevant)
  • Strong grasp of SEO and digital advertising strategies
  • Budget management and data-driven reporting skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Confident presenting to senior stakeholders and executives
