Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Designer with expertise in brand craft to join our team. As a key member of the creative team, you'll be responsible for shaping and elevating brands for some of Australia's most ambitious organisations.

In this role, you'll create work that is aesthetically and culturally current and built to last. You'll lead design projects from concept to delivery, focusing on brand creation and brand-led campaigns.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio that showcases their ability to bring creative leadership and design excellence to every project. They'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of strategists, designers, producers, and account managers who share a belief in the power of design and creativity to influence, connect, and inspire.

The successful applicant will have advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and experience with Figma or motion tools. They'll also have strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate, present, and build great team and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead design projects from concept to delivery
  • Create and evolve brand identities, style guides, campaign assets, websites, publications, signage, and more
  • Bring a high level of craft and creativity to every brand project
  • Work hand-in-hand with account managers and strategists to unpack client briefs and deliver smart, effective creative
  • Presentation skills are essential
Requirements
  • Design experience in an agency, studio, or similar creative environment
  • A portfolio that showcases your ability to shape and elevate brands
  • A brand mindset - you're passionate about brand design and understand what makes an identity truly timeless
  • Advanced skills in typography and/or illustration
  • Experience with Figma or motion tools (After Effects etc.)
