We are seeking a commercially-minded professional to accelerate revenue growth, strengthen client relationships, and expand our partner network.
About the Role
This sales-led position focuses on building new business, nurturing existing accounts, and leveraging strategic partnerships to drive long-term success. You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and execute growth strategies that combine outbound sales initiatives, partnership development, and account expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new opportunities through proactive outreach and business development campaigns.
- Build strong partnerships with technology and channel providers, driving qualified referrals and joint initiatives.
- Identify ways to expand existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic client engagement.
- Create tailored proposals, pitches, and sales materials that win new business.
- Represent us at workshops, webinars, and partner-led events that drive brand visibility and pipeline growth.
- Track and manage pipeline activity, providing accurate forecasting and revenue visibility to the leadership team.
What We're Looking For
A minimum of 3 years in sales, partnerships, or business development, preferably in a services, creative, or digital environment.
A track record of securing new business and growing existing client revenue.
Experience working with partners, vendors, or alliances to generate commercial outcomes.
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and present at senior levels.
Commercially savvy, with the ability to connect client needs to tailored solutions.
Highly organized, adaptable, and motivated by growth.
