Job Title: Inventory Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee inventory management and cataloguing for all operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory and ensuring that all items are accurately categorized and tracked.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process new stock item applications and maintain accurate records.
  • Standardize catalogue descriptions, master data, and inventory classification across all sites.
  • Upload and maintain catalogue and inventory details on the ERP system.
  • Manage daily and weekly site replenishment process, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Eliminate material duplication by standardizing like items across multiple sites.
  • Provide regular reports on inventory status, including valuation, classification, usage, and stockouts.
Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Experience in a similar role, preferably within the resources sector.
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in supply chain management.
  • Proven knowledge of Pronto and SAP systems.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Windows operating systems and computer network infrastructure.
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Pivot Table skills for complex data validation and analysis.
  • Familiarity with Power BI or business analytics tools.
