Job Overview

This sales-focused role is designed to drive new business and grow an existing portfolio of car parks.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive relationship builder with excellent negotiation skills, able to build a strong opportunity pipeline and negotiate lease agreements with landlords.

Key responsibilities include working in a fast-paced environment to achieve territory targets, presenting opportunities and articulating the business and revenue drivers.

A strong track record in sales, ideally in real estate or similar industries, is highly desirable.
