The Role
We're on the hunt for an ambitious and outgoing Business Development Manager to join one of Australia's apparel market leaders. This isn't your average sales role — you'll be targeting ans securing big-name clients across multiple industries.
Again, you'll report directly to a dynamic, forward-thinking female manager who's climbed the ranks quickly and built a strong reputation within the company. She's looking to mentor someone just like herself — confident, engaging, and hungry to grow.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Developing a portfolio of national clients
  • Building relationships with decision-makers across all levels
  • Pitching and tailoring solutions to client needs
  • Collaborating with product and marketing teams
  • Being the face of the brand at key industry events and meetings

  • A natural "people person" who lights up the room
  • Someone who's just as comfortable in the boardroom as they are on the shop floor
  • A self-starter with a flair for spotting opportunity and making it happen
  • A go-getter who's excited about working with a talented young manager in a supportive, success-driven environment
  • Ideally someone withtertiary qualification in business, marketing, or similar
What's On Offer
  • OTE of $150,000
  • Base salary: $90,000 + $17,000 car allowance + super
