About You:
- A mature, professional, and well-presented individual with excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in medical reception or a similar front-desk role is highly desirable
- Comfortable using medical software and technology
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
