This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to clients and staff in a fast-paced environment.

The Patient Services Officer will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring they receive timely and effective assistance with appointments, billing, and other queries.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service face-to-face and over the phone.
- Manage patient records, filing notes, and ensure accurate data entry.
- Coordinate appointments, confirmations, and billing processes.
- Work effectively in a team environment, liaising with colleagues to maintain efficient processes.
- Excellent patient care and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of patient billing systems and Medicare funding mechanisms an advantage.
- Exceptional phone manner and high volume patient inquiry handling skills.
