Patient Care Coordinator

We are currently seeking an experienced Patient Services Officer to join our clinic's administrative team.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional support to clients and staff while maintaining a professional, caring, and friendly demeanor.
- Act as the first point of contact for patients, providing excellent customer service both in-person and over the phone.
- Manage patient records and filing of patient notes with precision and attention to detail.
- Efficiently coordinate the smooth running of the clinic by continuously liaising with the team.
- Effectively book and confirm patient appointments and consultations.
- Accurately process billing and receipting at the time of appointment.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding patient care and customer service.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proven experience working successfully independently and in a team environment.
- Familiarity with patient billing systems and Medicare funding mechanisms is highly valued.
- Exceptional phone manner and ability to handle high volumes of patient inquiries.
- High level of attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
