Senior Digital Marketing Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Lead to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing holistic digital marketing strategies that deliver measurable growth across a diverse portfolio.

This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid search and social, advanced analytics, and conversion rate optimisation (CRO). You will also be responsible for managing complex campaign structures, audience strategies, and performance-based optimisations.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies that deliver clear ROI for our clients.
  • Campaign Management: Manage and optimise complex paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Meta, focusing on advanced targeting, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation.
  • Analytics Implementation: Take ownership of tracking, tagging, and analytics implementation, including creating and managing GTM containers, building custom tags and triggers, and ensuring data integrity.
  • Insight Generation: Use tools like Looker Studio to build and maintain insightful dashboards, deep dive into performance data to uncover insights, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Talent Development: Lead, mentor, and train a team of talented digital marketing specialists, fostering their technical skills and professional growth.
About the Role

Qualifications
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a senior digital marketing role, with a proven track record of managing significant budgets and driving growth.
  • Technical Mastery:
    • Expert-level knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM), including custom tag and variable creation.
    • Deep proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), including custom events, conversions, and advanced reporting.
    • Advanced skills in Google Ads and Meta Ads, with experience in managing complex campaign structures, audience strategies, and performance-based optimisations.
  • Analytical Prowess: Fluent in data visualisation and reporting tools, specifically Looker Studio.
  • Strong ability to translate complex data sets into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Leadership & Communication: Proven experience leading, training, and mentoring a team.
