Role Overview

This role is responsible for designing product packaging and basic graphics for visualization and concept presentations. The successful candidate will have the ability to articulate and communicate creative ideas via concept sketching or verbal presentations.

  • Designing product packaging and basic graphics for visualization and concept presentations, as well as products for custom applications.
  • Supporting the creation of product illustrations, concept sketches, diagrams, design specifications, and technical drawings.
  • Evaluating design ideas considering appearance, design-function relationships, serviceability, materials, methods engineering, application, budget, price, production costs, methods of production, market characteristics, and client specifications.
Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of 3-dimensional form and space. They should be able to prepare accurate technical specifications for quotation and manufacturing.

  • Packaging design and estimating experience.
  • Ability to use CAD programs to create models and renderings.
  • Ability to build physical models and prototypes to bring creative concepts to life.
