At Cuscal Limited, our goal is to protect the financial wellbeing of our clients' customers and minimize fraud losses. We're looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Care Specialist.
Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Specialist, you will:
- Provide exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound phone calls, ensuring a positive experience for our clients' customers.
- Accurately and timely complete outputs from fraud detection systems, addressing all alerts and fraud cases as needed.
- Liaise with merchants, Visa, and internal departments to assist in the mitigation of fraud.
- Proactively analyze transactional data to identify fraud trends and risks.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience providing customer support.
- Understanding of key current and emerging financial crime risks and impacts.
- An understanding of or a high-level interest in the key principles of financial crime management.
- Availability to work ~38 hours per week on a rotating 7-day roster.
