Job Opportunity

As a senior professional in our debt finance team, you will play a key role in advising clients on real estate transactions and structuring investments. Our group is designed to provide clients with expertise when it comes to their finances and investment strategies.

With a focus on origination, credit analysis, fixed-income, and research on mortgage-backed securities (MBS), you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and projects. Your background should include significant experience within the commercial property industry in a debt originations, advisory, and finance-based role.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Origination and structuring of debt solutions
  • Credit risk assessment of structured finance deals
  • Fixed-income and credit research on MBS portfolios
  • Client relationship management and partner engagement
