Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a skilled M&A and debt financing professional. As a key member of the deal team, you will participate in the origination and execution of mandates across Investment Banking coverage.

  • Contribute to day-to-day M&A execution processes, including financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, and industry analysis.
  • Prepare high-quality marketing presentations and industry analysis to support client pitches.
  • Perform thorough due diligence on clients and markets to ensure accurate insights.
  • Coordinate deal documentation and internal approvals to ensure seamless execution.
  • Handle client queries and attend meetings to maintain strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Originate and execute M&A and debt financing mandates with precision and speed.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the business to drive delivery of global platform services.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to meet client needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry developments.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • At least one year of Corporate Finance experience with a focus on M&A and debt financing.
  • Strong financial modelling skills and commercial acumen are essential.
  • Detail-oriented with strong quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Highly motivated and self-driven with ability to multitask.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
