We are seeking a skilled Asset Management Analyst to join our Loan Servicing team in Sydney. As a market leader in third-party Loan Servicing and Loan Asset Management, our client works with top-tier lenders and debt funds, managing commercial real estate loans, NPLs, and securitized products.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the performance of commercial real estate loans and properties securing these loans.
  • Prepare reports on loan performance and provide customer service to lenders and borrowers.
  • Evaluate and prepare recommendations for lender consent items on loan and real estate related issues.
  • Manage the set-up of new loans in the loan servicing system and maintain loan information currency and integrity.
  • Monitor loan document compliance by borrowers, including property insurance and rent rolls.
