Debt Capital Markets Professional

We are seeking an experienced Debt Capital Markets professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in debt capital markets and be able to work independently as well as part of a larger team.

The role will involve working closely with senior members to advise, market to and execute transactions for Australian corporations, financial institutions and private equity sponsors. This includes:

  • Originating and executing domestic and international debt capital markets transactions
  • Supporting client pitching and negotiation through clear and succinct marketing materials
  • Developing trade ideas and recommendations for clients including analysis of debt market funding options
  • Supporting transaction execution, including drafting of marketing materials and offering documentation

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in economics or finance, prior experience in debt capital markets/leveraged finance or banking front office roles, and strong accounting, finance, quantitative and business writing skills.

The ideal candidate will also have impeccable communication skills, be self-directed and highly motivated, and be able to work independently.
