
Effective Claims Manager

We are seeking an experienced claims professional to manage a portfolio of general liability claims from initiation to resolution, providing expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Managing a portfolio of general liability claims, ensuring timely and effective resolution
- Providing expert advice and guidance to clients on indemnity, liability, quantum, reserving, and settlement
- Liaising with third-party providers, including solicitors, loss adjusters, brokers, and barristers to ensure seamless claim handling
- Settling claims within client service instructions and company guidelines
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in claims management, preferably in public liability and/or professional indemnity claims
- Industry-specific ANZIIF qualifications desirable, with strong exposure to claims involving third-party liability
- Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
- PC literacy, including database and Microsoft Office skills
