
Effective Claims Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing claims from initial intake through to resolution.
- You will enter, scan and attach claims into our system daily, ensuring accurate and timely recording.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve claims, providing exceptional customer service and communication.
- Investigate and action delivery discrepancies in accordance with business rules and agreed timeframes.
- Coordinate inspection activities for stock claims and follow through to resolution, ensuring minimal disruption to our operations.
- Process credit notes, rejection letters and return orders within set deadlines, maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
- Respond promptly to emails, voicemails and phone enquiries, providing clear and concise information to customers and stakeholders.
- Contribute to process improvements by recommending and implementing efficiency initiatives, enhancing our operations and customer experience.

- You will be comfortable handling phone conversations with customers and internal teams, providing a positive experience for all.
- You will have a strong attention to detail, ensuring accurate data entry and record keeping.
- You will be able to manage your workload effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
