At Epiroc, we're seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our OreBody Solutions business in Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement market-driven strategies to drive growth, profitability, and market share in the OBK business line.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and product management initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize territory management plans, maximize sales actions, and enhance product support.
- Coach and guide personnel to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive aftermarket business growth.
- Monitor and manage asset investments to achieve strategic objectives.
- Deliver annual targets for orders received, invoiced, gross profit, functional costs, AR, inventories, and market contribution/efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or extensive experience in mineral exploration, with a strong technical background in the OBK product offering.
- Minimum ten years of experience in the exploration business, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and managing teams.
- Direct sales and product management experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and lead change across the organization.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to travel extensively (at least 50% of the time) to support business development and customer engagement.
