High-Rise Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled construction expert to manage and execute high-rise projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project planning, ensuring timely completion, and meeting quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans and schedules
- Coordinate and supervise construction activities, including labor, materials, and equipment management
- Monitor and control project costs and budgets
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
Requirements
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as civil engineering or construction management, is required. At least 5 years of experience in a project engineering role is also necessary. Additionally, strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills, are essential for success in this position.
