Job Title: High-Rise Project Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion. This includes guiding preconstruction activities, directing daily site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and subcontractor performance. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Site Manager in high-rise projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of projects from inception to completion.
  • Assistance in preconstruction activities, including project planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Direction of daily site operations, encompassing site management, risk assessment, and quality control.
  • Development and implementation of construction schedules, including timelines, milestones, and deadlines.
  • Conduct of regular site inspections to monitor work quality, identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Fostering a positive, collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, open communication, and continuous learning.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager in high-rise projects, demonstrating expertise in project management, construction methodologies, and leadership skills.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and best practices, including building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent leadership skills, including the ability to motivate, direct, and support team members to achieve project objectives.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment, requiring adaptability, flexibility, and effective communication.
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management or related fields, such as civil engineering, architecture, or quantity surveying.
