Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience working in the disability sector, preferably in a supported living environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and provide exceptional support to clients and colleagues.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours and days, and reliability to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening check and Blue Card (we can assist with applications prior to employment).
  • Open driver's license, and current CPR and First Aid Certificate (required before starting).
