You will work alongside our team and clients, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure holistic support.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and supervision to support workers
  • Support clients with complex needs and ensure services align with their individual goals
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure holistic support
  • Monitor compliance with NDIS standards and organisational policies
  • Manage documentation, incident reporting, and staff performance

This is a truly hands-on position that requires flexibility and adaptability to changing needs. You will bring strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, as well as a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Some of your key qualifications include:

  • Qualifications:
  • Certificate IV (or higher) in Disability, Community Services, or related field
  • Experience in leadership or supervisory role
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Working with Children Check (Paid status)
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificates (or willingness to obtain)
  • QLD C Class Driver's Licence with registered and insured vehicle
