About You:

To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum of 5 years' experience working in a Service Desk or 24/7 operations center. You must also have prior experience working in a large enterprise environment and possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage system events, incidents, service requests, and customer inquiries
  • Provide timely and professional responses to customers
  • Mentor, train, and lead small teams
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve issues

Requirements:

  • ITIL Foundations certification or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years' experience working in a Service Desk or 24/7 operations center
  • Prior experience working in a large enterprise environment
  • Prior experience mentoring, training, and leading small teams
  • Strong focus on client service
  • Excellent operational, verbal, and written communication skills
