Job Title: Senior Service Desk/Operations Officer - 24/7 Operations Leader

About the Role:

Talent International is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Service Desk/Operations Officer to join our team in Adelaide. As a key member of our 24/7 Service Desk and Operations team, you will be responsible for managing system events, incidents, service requests, and customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage system events, incidents, service requests, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Lead by example and mentor, train, and lead small teams
  • Ensure excellent operational, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Strong focus on client service and strong interpersonal skills
  • 24/7 availability required for shift work

Requirements:

  • ITIL Foundations certification or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years' experience working in a Service Desk or 24/7 operations center
  • Previous experience working in a large enterprise environment
  • Prior experience in mentoring, training, and leading small teams

What We Offer:
