Job Title: Senior Service Desk/Operations Officer - 24/7 Operations Leader
About the Role:
Talent International is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Service Desk/Operations Officer to join our team in Adelaide. As a key member of our 24/7 Service Desk and Operations team, you will be responsible for managing system events, incidents, service requests, and customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage system events, incidents, service requests, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Lead by example and mentor, train, and lead small teams
- Ensure excellent operational, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong focus on client service and strong interpersonal skills
- 24/7 availability required for shift work
Requirements:
- ITIL Foundations certification or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years' experience working in a Service Desk or 24/7 operations center
- Previous experience working in a large enterprise environment
- Prior experience in mentoring, training, and leading small teams
What We Offer:
