About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join Johnson Controls' team as a Project Manager/Engineer, specializing in industrial refrigeration solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects, meeting customer expectations, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise directly with clients to define project scope, secure projects, and build strong relationships.
- Project scoping, tender document preparation, cost estimation, tender evaluation, and preparation of recommendation reports and presentations.
- Detailed design and layout work, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.
- Ensure quality, safety, and environmental aspects are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Support the project team within your region and contribute to business growth and success.
About You:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager/Engineer with a strong background in mechanical engineering, industrial refrigeration, and HVAC. Key qualifications include:
4-5 years of project management/engineering experience.Tertiary qualification in mechanical engineering.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proactive approach and ability to work both within a team and autonomously.Excellent presentation skills.Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project.What We Offer:
