About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Hvac Engineer to join our team at Integrated Project Services. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing energy-efficient, compliant, and sustainable Hvac systems for complex facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess project requirements and develop scope of work, budget, and staffing plans.
  • Design and develop Hvac systems, including black utilities, public health services, and building management systems.
  • Collaborate with project managers and design professionals to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations.
  • Develop and review construction budgets based on project scope and experience.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to design staff and act as a resource for design questions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or higher.
  • Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of design engineering experience, with a strong understanding of Hvac system design and central utilities.
  • Expertise in computer-aided design (CAD) software and engineering design programs.
  • Strong administration and project management skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and coordinate technical work.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in fire protection and plumbing design.
  • Mechanical designation in Australia.
  • Experience in designing Hvac systems for bio-pharm facilities and associated utilities.
