Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a senior professional to lead and mentor a team of accountants in delivering high-quality financial and tax services to clients.

  • Prepare and review financial statements and tax returns for clients across various entities
  • Provide strategic advice on tax planning and business operations to clients
  • Analyse financial data and develop models to support client decision-making
  • Identify and resolve complex accounting and tax issues
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing practical and commercial advice
  • Oversee workflow and team performance, ensuring high-quality outcomes
  • Mentor junior staff, sharing knowledge and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
What You Need

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Business or Commerce with an Accounting major
  • CA qualification (or equivalent)
  • 5-7 years' experience in professional services, with proven leadership capabilities
  • Strong technical knowledge in accounting and taxation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development
