Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and oversee the preparation of financial statements and tax returns across various entities
  • Provide strategic tax planning and business advisory services to clients
  • Analyse financial data and develop financial models to support client decision-making
  • Identify and resolve complex accounting and tax issues
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering practical and commercial advice
  • Manage workflow and team performance, ensuring high-quality outcomes
  • Mentor and develop junior staff, sharing knowledge and fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Our ideal candidate has a degree in Business or Commerce with an Accounting major, 5–7 years' experience in professional services, and proven leadership capabilities. They should possess strong technical knowledge in accounting and taxation, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
