Business Advisory Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Business Advisory Manager to join our team in Albury, Australia. As a key member of our Business Advisory division, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality financial and tax services to clients while leading and mentoring a team of professionals.

About the Role:
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Review and oversee the preparation of financial statements and tax returns across a range of entities
    • Provide strategic tax planning and business advisory services to clients
    • Analyse financial data and develop financial models to support client decision-making
    • Identify and resolve complex accounting and tax issues
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering practical and commercial advice
    • Manage workflow and team performance, ensuring high-quality outcomes
    • Mentor and develop junior staff, sharing knowledge and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
    • Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes to proactively support clients
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education:
    • A degree in Business or Commerce with an Accounting major
    • CA qualification (or equivalent)
  • Experience:
    • 5–7 years' experience in professional services, with proven leadership capabilities
  • Skillset:
    • Strong technical knowledge in accounting and taxation
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
    • A commitment to ongoing professional development
