Role Overview

As a Financial Advisory Leader, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality financial services to clients, while mentoring and guiding a team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and oversee the preparation of financial statements and tax returns across a range of entities.
  • Provide strategic financial planning and advisory services to clients.
  • Analyse financial data and develop financial models to support client decision-making.
  • Identify and resolve complex accounting and tax issues.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering practical and commercial advice.
  • Manage workflow and team performance, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Mentor and develop junior staff, sharing knowledge and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes to proactively support clients.

What We're Looking For

  • A degree in Business or Commerce with an Accounting major.
  • CA qualification (or equivalent).
  • 5-7 years' experience in professional services, with proven leadership capabilities.
  • Strong technical knowledge in accounting and taxation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
