Job Opportunity

The Child and Parenting Support Group Facilitator will work as part of the Samaritan's Child and Family team. The role has a primary focus of working with families with children 0-12, but may support families with children up to 18 years of age.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Delivering parenting education and skills programs
  • Developing and implementing supported playgroups in targeted community areas

About Your Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in Children's Services or Community Services
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience of working with children and their parents/carers
  • Ability to build strong relationships with families based on honesty, transparency, and professionalism
