About the Opportunity:
WorkSafe Victoria is seeking a Director, Psychological Health to lead the newly formed Psychological Health Division in Health and Safety.
The Director will report to the Chief Health and Safety Officer and be responsible for ensuring compliance with psychological health regulation, providing leadership and oversight of WorkSafe's psychological health teams, and driving an outstanding service delivery culture committed to WorkSafe's values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead WorkSafe's operational response to psychological health regulation and ensure clear expectations on compliance and enforcement are met.
- Drive a prevention-led, data-driven, and client-focused service delivery culture that achieves business priorities through effective collaboration and communication across WorkSafe.
- Represent WorkSafe by providing strategic and specialist advice to promote high-level support for psychological health objectives among industry, government, and professional bodies.

About You:
To be successful, you will have a proven track record of transformational, constructive, and accountable leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
