Work as a liaison between our staff and visitors.

Our ideal candidate will be the brand ambassador, welcoming and engaging while keeping everything organized and under control. This role is varied and includes:

  • Meet and greet clients and staff
  • Manage meeting rooms and schedule events
  • Take care of facilities and ensure a fully functional workspace
  • Organize social and staff events
  • Onboard new staff and assist with administrative tasks
  • Maintain the Reception area and handle mail and couriers

You'll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have excellent communication skills and enjoy going above and beyond
  • Are tech-savvy and familiar with Mac or Google Suite
  • Can work well in a fast-paced environment and are self-motivated
  • Are a team player with a can-do attitude
