**Role Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Coordinator to join our team. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics network.

In this role, you will be responsible for safely managing and internally moving all consignments that come in and out of our depot in a timely manner. You will work closely with our team to ensure efficient turnaround times and data entry is accurate.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Safely manage and internally move all consignments that come in and out of our depot
  • Work together as a team to ensure efficient turnaround times
  • Data entry
  • Collect Consignment notes and Airway bills from Drivers
  • Assisting Drivers to resolve discrepancies with paperwork

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous warehouse experience desirable
  • Outstanding customer service experience
  • Safety focused with an understanding of chain of responsibility
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
