Job Title: Receivable Services Officer

The job description for this position is as follows:

Responsibilities and Duties
  • This role involves providing accurate, efficient, and effective billing and receivables services.
  • As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely payment processing, bank reconciliation, and account follow-up.
  • You will also assist in resolving discrepancies, querying payments, and addressing errors related to billing and receivables.
  • Effective communication with health funds, internal teams, and external parties is essential for this role.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • You should have proven experience in accounts receivable and administrative duties.
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy are necessary for this position.
  • You must be able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including public, patients, and staff at all levels.
