Group HSE Business Partner

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Group HSE Business Partner. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the development and implementation of safety systems across our organisation.

  • This high-impact role reports directly into the Group Head of HSE and will work closely with project and leadership teams to refine strategy, strengthen processes and drive continuous improvement in HSE performance.
  • You will be responsible for partnering with stakeholders at all levels to develop and implement initiatives that improve safety culture across the business.
  • Your key responsibilities will include:
    • Preparing and delivering presentations, reports and safety insights to stakeholders at all levels.
    • Ensuring clear, consistent and professional communication of safety objectives and outcomes.
    • Driving innovation in systems and practices to meet evolving industry standards.
  • A strong background in HSE within the construction industry is essential for this role, as is a proven ability to implement, manage and continuously improve safety systems.
  • You will be required to have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence presenting to senior leadership.
  • A polished and professional approach, with the ability to influence and engage diverse teams, is also essential.
  • Cert 4 WHS minimum.
