Optimize Factory Performance

- Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule maintenance activities in a timely and cost-effective manner to support factory performance objectives.
- Manage the CMMS and external contractors to ensure site safety policies are complied with.
- Take a lead role in asset management strategy, including the development of asset failure prevention plans and critical spare holdings.
- Maintenance Planning:
- Coordinate with electrical and mechanical trades, production operators, and external contractors to plan maintenance work.
- Ensure accurate maintenance records and reference documents are maintained in an auditable system.
- Comply fully with the CSR WHSE Standard and Policy, as well as WHSE legislation requirements.
Requirements:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner who can:
- Chair weekly planning meetings to review maintenance schedules and progress.
- Monitor CMMS for maintenance requests, schedule works and labour accordingly.
- Complete all hazard and incident investigations within 24 hours.
- Issue permits for Confined Space, Hot Works, and Working at Heights operations.
- Ensure effective communication of maintenance issues with process owners and engineering staff on a regular basis.
