Maintenance Strategist

Optimize Factory Performance

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and schedule maintenance activities in a timely and cost-effective manner to support factory performance objectives.
  • Manage the CMMS and external contractors to ensure site safety policies are complied with.
  • Take a lead role in asset management strategy, including the development of asset failure prevention plans and critical spare holdings.
  • Maintenance Planning:
  • Coordinate with electrical and mechanical trades, production operators, and external contractors to plan maintenance work.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance records and reference documents are maintained in an auditable system.
  • Comply fully with the CSR WHSE Standard and Policy, as well as WHSE legislation requirements.

Requirements:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner who can:

  • Chair weekly planning meetings to review maintenance schedules and progress.
  • Monitor CMMS for maintenance requests, schedule works and labour accordingly.
  • Complete all hazard and incident investigations within 24 hours.
  • Issue permits for Confined Space, Hot Works, and Working at Heights operations.
  • Ensure effective communication of maintenance issues with process owners and engineering staff on a regular basis.
