Director of Safety and Compliance

A key role is available for a highly motivated individual to drive safety initiatives across Class 2 residential & mixed-use commercial projects. This opportunity is ideal for someone who wants to make a positive impact on the business.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support safety across multiple live sites
  • Conduct inspections, risk assessments & audits
  • Manage inductions, SWMS reviews, permits, and incident investigations
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive safety strategy through mentoring and engagement
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and internal systems (Procore & HammerTech)
Requirements:
  • Experience as a HSE Advisor / Coordinator / Manager in construction
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation (Class 2 residential/commercial experience a bonus)
  • Confidence using Procore, HammerTech & Microsoft Office Suite
